Specializing in Community Land Trusts

With over a decade of experience in the community land trust (CLT) movement and involvement in the broader cooperative field, I specialize in supporting permanently affordable housing and real estate. I hold a PhD in Geography from Florida State University, where my research and writing focused on CLTs. Currently, as an Associate at Burlington Associates, I provide expert technical assistance on CLT policies, procedures, and programming.
