Hi, I’m Olivia, and I am passionate about creating opportunities for deeply affordable housing that stays affordable in perpetuity. I have worked in the field of permanently affordable housing since 2014 as a researcher, advocate, and practitioner. I earned my PhD in Geography from Florida State University in 2017 with research on community land trusts (CLTs), then served as Executive Director of Madison Area Community Land Trust from 2020 to 2025. I also founded the Wisconsin CLT Network in 2021.
I have published widely on community land ownership strategies and now work as a technical consultant supporting CLTs. You can find my service offerings on my services page. Check out my portfolio of writing and public speaking engagements, learn more about my background, and feel free to get in touch. (I also love to take photos and make collages!)
